Bespoke Roasters的綜合配方，也是目前COSTUMICE CAFÉ店內所使用的義式配方。

選用中美洲與非洲四支各具代表與不同果實風味調性的生豆調和，二爆前火候，保留生豆風土原味與中焙特性，追求烘焙風味與花果香風味的平衡，前段是紅色熟果甜香帶著細緻的柑橘調香氣，中段為莓果調性的甜感蔓延，尾段則是風味平衡，口感滑順，餘韻持久。寬容度高，適合手沖、法式濾壓壺、美式咖啡機、Aeropress、Espresso與各式沖煮方式。
